Q: Do these have to be heated/baked, or can they just be thawed and eaten at room temp?

submitted by Reviewer - 1 year ago
  • A: The muffins need to be heated to an internal temperature of 165F before consuming.

submitted byTara - 1 year ago

Q: Are these certified GMO free? If not, they would be riddled with gmo's from the cornstarch, canola oil, and sugar.

submitted by KellyK - 4 years ago
  • A: In some of the pictures, the label says “bio Check non-GMO certified” is this false?

submitted byJojo - 1 year ago
  • A: Our products are not certified GMO free.

submitted byTara - 4 years ago

Q: They were so good now after their recipe change they taste like corn starch and fake blueberries not oatmeal and real berries. Bad decision to change them!

submitted by Former purchasher - 4 months ago

Q: Why did they change their recipe? Now they're awful!

submitted by Former purchasher - 4 months ago
  • A: What happened to them?! These muffins used to be my go-to in the morning! The original recipe was amazing!

submitted byMary - 3 months ago

Q: What did they recently change in the recipe and why?

submitted by KB3 - 4 months ago
  • A: I’m asking the same thing. These are awful now and I’ve been eating them for many years. The blues berries are crunchy like grapes would be and muffin is so dry. Yuck!

submitted bySam - 4 months ago

Q: is there sugar in muffin?

submitted by Michelle - 3 years ago
  • A: The nutrition label lists 10g of sugar.

submitted byTara - 3 years ago

Q: nutritional information??

submitted by txlady49 - 5 years ago
  • A: You can find that here! https://www.veggiesmadegreat.com/muffins/blueberry-oat

submitted byChristine - 5 years ago

Q: are they individually wrapped?

submitted by Debbie - 5 years ago
  • A: Yes, they are! So convenient!

submitted byChristine - 5 years ago

Q: are these dairy free

submitted by Maggie Mae - 6 years ago
  • A: While this item does not have dairy in the ingredient statement, they are produced in a facility that manufactures dairy. While there is extensive testing done between runs to clean the lines, we can not 100% guarantee there is no cross contamination. Hope that helps!

Q: New recipe is terrible. They don’t look appetizing and taste even worse.

Not a fan of new recipe

My toddler used to love these muffins but unfortunately with the new recipe they’ve changed to he will no longer eat them and says they don’t taste good. I’ve also tried the new recipe and it has no flavor.

The new recipe is absolutely HORRIBLE. After years of loving the old recipe, now I am on the hunt for gluten free muffins for my son that has a wheat allergy. :-(

Give them a try again, bix will have Zuccuni pic nit yellow squash !

Hello I wrote to the company and they have brought back the old recipe! The new (old) recipe will have zucchini picture on the box! I’m waiting for the inventory to deplete at Target and will purchase again once old recipe is available. I gave up purchasing these too. Now I’ll give them another try . Loved the old recipe ! My favorite breakfast item.

    Negative stars if possible.

New recipe is awful!! It’s like a dense piece of cornbread with a ton of blueberries in the middle. No balance. It’s dry. Everyone seems to have liked the old recipe. Why change it? Is yellow squash cheaper? I won’t buy these anymore. Nor will I buy any others that say yellow squash instead of zucchini. Too expensive for such a bad product now.

    Terrible new recipe

New recipe is trash! These were a consistent staple for my daughter who is a pickier eater & she won’t touch them now. And I don’t blame her. Why mess up a good thing???

This muffin used to be really good until they changed the recipe. It is nothing like it used to be and I will not buy again- too bad they had to change it. It was really good before. Not sure why companies feel the need to change things.

    Awful New Recipe

Why on earth would you change the recipe? Go back to the original please! These were a staple in my house for my kids and myself. I noticed the look changed and thought my kids not wanting it was because of that but I finally tried one today and they're disgusting! Dry, grainy and a nasty flavor that leaves a gross after taste!

Bring Nack the Original Recipe - Blueberry

Loved the original blueberry muffins with zucchini. Would buy them as an on the go staple. The “new recipe” swapping zucchini for squash helped change the color. BUT…it completely changed the taste and texture. Muffin is dry and is no longer delicious.

    New Recipe Is Terrible

I used to love these (and so did my toddler son) but the new recipe is disgusting. Luckily the good and gather target ones have a yummy blueberry flavor. So disappointing, hopefully they don’t change the other muffin recipes too.

    vegetarian option

vwvwfvegetatiarndkfje I I am a vegetarian and am always looking for options to add vegetables to my diet. I do love muffins, but I don't love how unhealthy most of them are. I like that these muffins only have 120 calories and are individually wrapped. Taste and freshness good for a commercial product. Love heating them in the microwave!

New recipe, new additives, no thanks

The new recipe is terrible - they don’t look the same (they are smaller & yellow in color now), they don’t taste the same & they now contain mono calcium phosphate & disodium diphosphate (considered risky additives for your health). I used to buy these regularly for my family, but I will no longer purchase unless the original recipe is restored. Veggies Made Great - please do better!!!

New Recipe - Would not recommend

They changed the recipe and these are disgusting now. The texture and taste are completely different from the original, and not in a good way. Clearly not a one-off issue — many other reviews say the same thing. Please bring back the original recipe. I won’t be buying these again.
