Hi everyone, Spicy V8 is A very unique and robust beverage. Honestly, V8 has been around my family since I was a little girl and now I try to lead by example with my kids. That is healthy and good and better than a pop for sure. It's nice to have a little 5.5 can after you've been outside working in the garden or mowing the lawn or just walking the dog and playing with the kids. It's refreshing and it's very good for you. I know that there's 16 g of lisopene in each 5.5 can of spicy V8. That's more than five huge tomat,oes and that's really good for your body. Not to mention all of the ingredients in it. Tomatoes,carrots, celery, lettuce, watercress, beets lettuce, parsley and spinach! Now you know guys that's healthy for you! I also put it in my spaghetti sauce and my chili when I cook my kids don't know. Don't tell them!! I gave this five stars because I love it.
