A: Unplug tower before cleaning. 2. Use the brush attachment on your household vacuum cleaner to vacuum any accumulated dust off the tower. You can also use canned air first if needed. 3. Wipe down the entire tower with a soft cloth.

Remote doesn't work at all. This certainly not made in America. Would not buy again. Not a true Vornado product..

Too loud
I started to give the fan two stars but it was easy to put together and it does move a lot of air. But as soon as I turned it on I started looking for a replacement. I ended up putting it in another room and pointing it towards my bed but on the lowest setting it didn't provide much of a breeze. I started shopping for another one as soon as I turned it on. Very disappointed.

My husband, and I purchased this a couple weeks ago, and we are both, so disappointed. It doesn't have any blowing power or noticeable air movement coming from it. It is quiet, but not at all what we want. Fan=Airflow. Right?

When it works right it's a great fan.
I got this fan to help move air at night in my bedroom. It was great for the first few months, then it started to change speeds on its own and the buttons on the fan itsself stopped working. It would respond to the remote but not it's buttons. On some nights it changes every few seconds and others it's every few minutes. I thought maybe it was a faulty remote and took the remote out of the room, but the fan continued to change speeds.

Excellent customer service
We bought this circulator and found the screws missing for the base. When we contacted customer service they shipped the screws immediately and also provided specs on the screws. We are traveling so were able to get the screws at a store. This product has greatly helped to keep us cooler. Better than an oscillating fan for sure. Thanks!

Great fan
I bought this fan last month and it's been a lifesaver! My noisy old fan died and after reading many reviews of tower fans, I decided on this one. I don't know if my old budget fan was just worn out or what-but what a difference the Vornado makes!

Works, but screeches
This fan definitely works to move the air in the room, however, it has a loud, high-pitched, screeching noise when it oscillates which is disappointing.

It was great while it worked for 2.5 days
I'm beyond disappointed. My fan was delivered Thursday afternoon, and by Saturday night it was not working properly. The buttons on the top to control power, fan speed, and timer no longer work. Only the remote works. About 30 minutes ago (Sunday now), it randomly started switching speeds and turning off on its own. Maybe I just received a lemon, but what a waste of money. I wish this had happened when my area was not in the middle of a heatwave.

Waste of money
I bought this fan less than 2 weeks ago and it has already quit working. No power!! DEAD!! I have tried multiple outlets and still nothing. We have several other models and love them. Very disappointed in this one.

BEST FAN EVER
I just bought this fan and it is the best thing ever . We redid my moms garage Ana’s made it a bedroom so that we could move in while we were trying to buy a house , we have struggle to get good air flow..2 portable a/c units and still hot.. we needed air circulation. We have tried so many oscillating fans but the never worked. When I saw this fan I knew I had to have it . After 30 mins of being plugged in there is a huge difference in how the room feels. I Recommend this fan! It is worth every penny!

Loud and Stopped Working
I was so excited to get this but as soon as I plugged it in, I immediately noticed how loud it is. No cool air coming out, just loud. After an hour it just stopped completely. I tried to turn it back on thinking it was on a timer but it wouldn’t work.

Doesnt work
Right out of the box it doesn’t work, it oscillates but doesn’t pump air. Will be returning I have other vornado products that work fine but not this one.

Upsetting but sleek
I bought this fan several months ago thinking that this would work for me for years to come as I need it to sleep! After 3-4 months of use, it began this annoying squeaking every time I turned it on making it miserable to have on while sleeping and was super disrupting. The design is sleek, comes with a remote, which I LOVE, and the fan worked great when it was not squeaking! Hopefully you have better luck than me.

I wanted to like this fan but it isn’t worth the money. On really hot days you can barely feel the fan on high. And less than two months after we purchased it, it no longer oscillates.
