Works equally as good as the more expensive ones, doesnt feel as luxe
I have two of the more expensive mand*ka towels that I think are more slippery than this, so it did a good job. It didn’t feel as luxurious- was a thin material and kind of plasticy feeling. Also slight chemical smell but I expect that will go away with washing.

Best yoga mat towel!
So good that I just bought another!! This yoga mat towel is amazing! It absorbs sweat (a must-have for heated classes!), grips the mat well, washes easily, and dries quickly! I tried buying cheaper ones from another website, but they were thick and uncomfortable…. So I came back to buy another. I highly recommend!

Waste of money
Do not waste your money. Zero grip to it. Using this towel for hot yoga was worse than using no towel. I wouldn’t even recommend this for regular (non-hot) yoga because it’s so slippery.

Slippery and Unsafe
I had high hopes for this his yoga mat towel - it’s a great price, perfect size, and the grippy dots keep it in place on the mat. But… The cloth (up) side is SO slippery that I almost injured myself the first time I used it. I tried to keep going with my yoga session but my hands and feet kept slipping in different poses. I had to stop and remove the towel before I hurt myself. This product is NOT SAFE and I will be returning it. Do not recommend.

Felt side us super slippery and dangerous
This is the worst yoga mat towel I have ever used. The non-grip side when placed on the yoga mat slips and slides it does not stay in place. This is extremely dangerous during yoga. I will be returning this mat. Please do not buy if you want to be safe.

Not good for HOT PILATES
I have been using this mat for hot Pilates. I do NOT recommend it for that activity. The grip at the bottom of the mat is perfect but the top is too slick once you start sweating. There isn’t enough texture in the material that was used it’s like a smooth suede like texture.

Great towel for my yoga mat, doesn’t slip and I’ve experienced good traction with it. The only thing I would recommend for this towel to keep it nice and tacky is NOT to put it in the dryer, hang dry it or else it loses its traction.

This towel has grippers on the bottom, which is fine for holding it in place, however the top is a fabric without any traction so my feet slip on it. Not helpful when trying to do downward dog, etc. Had to return it for this reason.

Towel Stained My Mat And I Can't Get The Stains Out
This towel didnt move when I used it, but it stained my yoga mat like crazy! The grippy side left black stains of the individual grips all over my mat so now it looks spotted. I even washed the towel before I used it to rinse out excess dye.

Pilled towel
This mat immediately pilled up. After each workout, I am covered in black lint. I have washed it to get rid of the pills and air dried but it still pills. That being said the towel gets the job done. It’s quick drying and easy to wash.
