    Beautiful lamp

    This lamp is a beautiful addition to our home. The choice of having both or only one bulb lit is great for reading or just relaxing. It was easy to assemble as well. We will definitely be purchasing more items from Lamps Plus.

    Has potential, but...

    Well, I should have gone by the other reviews that said that there were white scuff marks/scratches on the wooden part of the lamp. Ours had those white marks all over the top and bottom. I called Lamps Plus and they agreed to exchange it. We just received our replacemnet lamp yesterday, and it was worse than the first one! Multiple marks on the top part- about 9 large white smudges/scuff marks/scratches-whatever you want to call them. On the bottom wooden part are more than 9. It looks terrible. I can't believe that the company would send out something that looks this bad. I gave it two stars because 1) the customer service is good 2) the lamp is really beautiful or would be without the horrible marks. Keep it, and stain it ourselves and hope the marks are covered, or return again? What a pain!!

    The picture does NOT do this lamp justice! It is GORGEOUS!

    I had my eye on this lamp from the first time I saw it. I was beyond excited when I found it in the Open Box section! Ordered it right away! I received it within 4 days, it was well boxed with each part perfectly packed. The lamp is more beautiful than in the picture! Solidly made, real wood and metal (no resin in this lamp!) and the metal shade - wow! Overall, this lamp is sleek, modern and accents my living room perfectly! It emits plenty of light - even with the double shade. Love it - wish I had ordered 2!! Lamps Plus is *always* my first choice when I'm looking for any type of lighting for my home.
