Q: Why can’t I use 100 instead of 60

A: Hi - the sockets used in this design can use a maximum 60 watt bulb, so it's just the way the design is made and the sockets that are used. If you want more light than provided by a 60 watt incandescent, we would recommend using an LED bulb, which produces far more light for the same wattage of energy used.

A: Hi - sure, you can use LED bulbs with these lamps, just make sure you don't exceed the socket rating of a maximum 60 watt bulb.

Faulty socket
This is a beautiful fixture but unfortunately one of the blub sockets is faulty and does not work. (this confirmed by my electrician). Our old fixture was broken so we had to leave this one up even though faulty. Plus my husband threw the packaging away so we can not return it and are stuck with a half working fixture over our front door. If you buy it please make sure to check and makes sure it works.

Capistrano 12"
Light is as advertised. Mounting was a little tricky due to my outlet box was external to the ceiling. I made some considerations and the mounting worked out fine. I put two 13w led bulbs in and there is plenty of light for my front porch.

Very pleased after having to alter screws.
The fixtures are beautiful, had to buy new screws due to than being too long. After right screws found went up very easily.
