Well these items are shipped in their own boxes. Those boxes were put into another box and when receiving the item I noticed that the box was all banged up, took the item inside from my front door, the conditioner is busted open.

i have thickish mixed texture hair, it's wavy, curly and somehow also straight in places. it has always felt coarse or just rough and i switched through products for years trying to find something that worked for my specific hair type. i came across this shampoo and conditioner one day and knowing the women in my family always used biosilk i bought it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AS LONG AS THEY MANUFACTURE THIS!!!! it leaves my hair absolutely silky smooth with a nice shine. not waxy or heavy at all like the reviews i read. maybe it isn't great for fine thin hair which it doesn't really seem like it's meant for that hair type, not everything is. personally i highly recommend it over and over again. i am about to run out of mine and repurchase for a third time. (keratin shampoo is known to cause dandruff, it's literally keratin. if it happens use a dandruff shampoo after or just use the conditioner)

I’ve been using this shampoo/conditioner for a couple of years now and it works perfectly for my hair. It gives the silky, shiny, heavy look that I want. My only complaint about this product is the pump dispenser (it never works). Overall the benefits it brings to my hair is greater than the issue that I have with the bottles.

Overall horrible. Immediately from first use you can feel how heavy it is in your hair. I used it maybe every other day about 4 times till I called it quits. It has nasty build up. Made my hair so brittle and coarse. Throughout the day it made my scalp itchy here and there. Ignored the reviews thinking my hair was different, tough. Nope, they fall out so easily now. Literally hear them just pop and rip right out. Not worth the try. Smells decent, pumps always a plus.

I have never had knotty hair until using this garbage! My hair is dull and lifeless after using this for 2 weeks. TERRIBLE!!

It’s a good product. When I first started using it, it did seem “heavy or waxy” but I switched to rinsing my hair to cool almost cold water at the very end of my shower and no more “heavy or waxy” feel to my hair.

Got dandruff, lost hair, and hair felt so waxy! I have super thick curly hair and this destroyed it. Don’t waste your money.

This gave me dandruff. I have never had scalp issues before and this product made my scalp itch. My hair was waxy, oily and somehow my scalp was dry like a desert.

These products left a film over my hair and dried it out so much it felt like I had been swimming in chlorine and not washing it after.

I just used the shampoo and conditioner this morning and I love it! I’ve seen the bad reviews and it’s probably because they were constantly using it. I plan on using this as a treatment rather than an every wash situation. Love love love it!

I liked it for the first few weeks use. Now after I shower, my hair feels like there is so much product buildup. Some reviewers describe it as waxy, and I agree. I’m thankful it’s because the shampoo and it’s not just me. So eager for my next shower (and not using this again). Getting rid of this ASAP!!!

i think it s doing a good job with my hair. left it soft untangled and smelling good. i also bought the oil seperatly and use it along with these two. no issues

I absolutely loved the silk therapy line and was upset that it wasn’t being sold in store anymore. Then I came across this new formula. The first few uses I was amazed that anyone could write a bad review on this stuff. The price and quality at the time seemed great. Fast forward to using it for several weeks and honestly my hair has never been this fragile and dry. I have dandruff for the first time in years and now I’ll be spending more money on different conditioners and products to repair the dryness and damage.

The shampoo is too thick to go through the tiny little pump! It’s impossible to get a handful of this and doesn’t come with a normal squeeze cap. It left my hair feeling very thick and moisturized but was SUPER knotty. Would have given 3 stars for the actual shampoo and conditioner but only one star because of the worst pumps ever!

I have thick curly hair. This shampoo has helped my hair strengthen back up after bleaching it. My hair doesn’t fall out how it does with other high end shampoos and conditioners. Highly recommend

This one was just ok, I feel like it was expiring or something. The conditioner did not have a nice aroma compared to its shampoo. I remember buying BioSilk in Canada and it being excellent product. I also like BioSilk oil. The packaging was also very dusty but I took my chances. Maybe next time I visit target I will see if they have the BioSilk oil to go with the shampoo and conditioner set. Usually my hair feels light and clean but not this time somethings missing..could be the oil thing.

Leaves hair tangled, dry, and course. My hair felt like straw after using the shampoo. Did not finish the bottle. Do not recommend!
