Q: Is this light rustproof

A: No it is not, but is should look great for years with minimal care and cleaning. If you want a completely rust-free design, we'd suggest you look for a marine grade finish outdoor light. These designs have a special composite finish that is highly resistant to weather and rust. Thank you for the question.

Q: Can the motion sensor mode turn the light off/on completely and NOT dim to 25% brightness? Meaning, can the bulb be off completely and then turn on completely when motion is detected? Thanks.

A: Hi Tony - no, this particular design can not be adjusted to do that. However, because it does dim to 25% brightness it is well suited for use as a security light or a passageway light where you want some illumination at all times. Thank you for the question.

A: Hello - yes it does, but with a Dual-Bright feature. What that means is that it has a dusk to dawn sensor that will turn the light on at night to 25% brightness. Then when motion is detected the light will turn on to full 100% brightness. Thank you for the question!

The fixture looks and functions the way we expected - so far. This review is 1 week after installation. Regarding installation; the kit assumes some things with the existing installation. The installation instructions tell you to adjust the length of the fixture mounting screws on the mounting plate. Because of the size and shape of my existing wire box, I could not adjust the length of the fixture mounting screws. So, had to go to the hardware store to get screws of the exact length. One more issue. I purchased 2 fixtures with a $30 off coupon on the entire order. Within a week of installation, I received an email showing a sale price of $30 off of EACH fixture. I explored the LP cost protection policy and saw that they will not offer price protection on their products. This is disappointing.
