A: Hi - this lamp only has a regular on-off socket, not a 3-way socket. However, if you are looking for that kind of functionality, we'd suggest using the lamp with a line cord dimmer that will allow you to choose from many more light settings. Hope that helps, thank you for the question.

I bought it for the cool fringe lamp shade, and it didn't come with it :(

This lamp is both modern and retro. The shade is just so pretty and filter and softens the light but it's still bright enough to illuminate the room. Because it's white it's not gothic or too retro for my taste. Easy to assemble and quick delivery. It's in a guest room and I love to go and read by it. Just a lovely lamp.

I LOVE this lamp! I'm obsessed with it! I'm so glad I got it! After I got it out of the box (yes, so much styrofoam), it only took a few minutes to put together. The body was only like 3 pieces (as opposed to some lamps that are like 5 and thus kinda wobbly/off kilter). The shade is GORGEOUS and perfect. I am SO happy with it!!!!!!!!! Like others have said, literally the only drawback is all the styrofoam that sticks to everything. GET IT!!! You'll be happy you did!
