Perfect stands for what I need!
These stands are perfect for what I needed for a rehearsal room! They're very well made, versatile and far less expensive than similar stands by Ultimate, Gator and others.

Ok, but wobbly.
I like the adjustable height, but the stands are a bit wobbly. I wouldn't use these if I had small kids or pets that could bump them.

Not Great
Ok for the bucks but not great. Description grossly overrated the weight capacity. Very light weight metal construction and shaky when moved up in height.

Perfect!!!
I couldn't be happier with these stands. The height of the platform adjusted to a perfect stable placement for my 32lb Mackie's. Bonus: the locking pin hole was exactly where I needed it for maximum stability. My speaker cones are now centered 46-1/2" above the floor behind my mix desk, at the height of my ears when seated. Love them!

Good for smaller speakers, but be careful with speakers that overhang.
The base is smaller than the Quray of virtually identical design, I've got a decent shop, so if stability seems sketchy,I will weld some extension bits on the triangle tips.

Good quality, sturdy, good value.
Great quality at an excellent price. I chose these over ones with larger bases because I'm using them in a small living room. Well made, the tops can swivel, easily support my Presonus eight I'm woofer monitors at 23 pounds. Would also be good to hold a laptop computer next to your keyboard. I don't have a desk. Definitely recommend. Would use bigger stands if in danger of being bumped into and knocked over.

Excellent Burly stands for the price
Well built, strong so far and do what they're supposed to do. For this price, they are exceptional.

Great stand for the price!
A great stand for my Kali LP6s. It?s on the lighter side, I wouldn?t recommend a speaker larger than a 6? woofer.

Well made but bad base design.
I bought these on sale at a great price and am totally satisfied as a result, however, the triangular base is not great for stability. If you bump the speaker from the direction of one of triangle base corners, pushing towards the opposite flat triangle side, they are unstable and could tip over. I am considering attaching a square of plywood to the base which would solve the problem. This is probably more of a problem in my specific case because I have 1/2" thick rubber flooring, but the physics of the design would still be an issue on hard floors.

Best price/performance speaker stands
These stands have wider base than other stands in this price range and are among the lowest priced stands I could find. They work well for what I needed them for. I have placed Klipsch R-51PM speakers on these stands, on a carpeted floor with the spikes that came with the stands. They are in use over the past month and seem quite solid.

Fine product but tilting to one side after loaded!
Sound solid no more muddy bass and channel separation is better. Paired with JBL 308 active monitors

Amazing value
These speaker stands are great. I have them in my bedroom for my overnight sensations I built, which are hooked up to my TV. They took maybe a twenty minutes, half hour to put together. I've had them up for probably 3 months and they're solid. They look nice, holding up well, and doing their job. However, they are not the modt stable things in the world, particularly at max height like mine are, with ~10 lb speakers on them, but it'd have to be huge to not wobble a little bit under those circumstances. These are the cheapest speaker stands i could find and I love monoprice. It is worth noting that, if you couldn't tell, the stands do not have any sort of clamp or attachment method for your speakers, they just sit on top. These include some adhesives foam pads that give the speakers some grip as well as prevent vibration. For the price, these simple can't be beat if you're looking for free standing speaker stands.

Best budget stands
This was one of those "I hope they are not cheaply made" purchases. The price is so low I thought there had to be a downside to these. There really isn't any glaring deal breakers. They do what they are intended to do - hold studio monitors at ear level. Be careful not to place them in a high traffic area or a they will get knocked off of the stand. That is the only possible negative. The stand does not hold monitors/speakers firmly in place. In short, if you are looking for functional speaker stands these do the job.

It is heavy duty the only thing is being shaped triangular, if doesn’t look sturdy enough and off balance.

Great stands
I bought these stands to replace some garbage I purchased on Amazon. These things are great. I have my Cerwin_Vegas that weight about 25-30 lbs apiece on these bad boys. Stand base is wide enough that they are not wobbly and dangerous like the competitive stands I bought. The pin though stand give me confidence they are not going to lower over time. I am using the "carpet spike" feet that were included to keep them placed solidly. Another great purchase from Monoprice!

Good design features and value
I purchased these stands for use with Klipsch R-15M speakers in my home theater setup. I have been looking for home theater speaker stands that are > 40" tall and support the R-15M (7"X8.5"). For HT speaker stands all I found were <40" tall with top plates of 6"X6". These Stage Right stands adjust to 45" tall and have a 9"X9" top plate. Plus they are a great value at this price for the pair! The Stage Right stands I received have some "cosmetic" manufacturing quality issues - tool marks on the column post and metal burrs on the stamped metal top plate (which I filed off). So I deducted one star for my rating.
