High protein may cause some smells

My cat enjoyed eating the tastefuls a lot and the flavor was great for him. The only issue we had was it made my cat a bit gassy which I know sounds weird but I even asked my vet about it and she said it was likely due to the higher protein content. So not necessarily a bad thing, but unfortunately I had to switch to something that was a little more manageable to the smell of my house!

Great cat food

The blue buffalo blue tastefuls pate turkey and chicken my cats absolutely love these they clean the plate every night. We also love that they use high quality ingredients to keep are cats healthy.

My cat can't wait until her next meal time!

Blue Buffalo wet cat food has been a total game changer for my cat. The quality is obvious the moment you open the can- real meat, great texture, and none of the fillers I try to avoid. My cat truly loves the tastfuls recipes, and I've noticed healthier digestion, better hydration, and a much shiner coat since switching!

Good for my picky eater!

My cat loves these, makes it easy to blend in with dry food. It doesn’t really have that bad of a smell to it which is good because they used to eat can food that was awful. No complaints from my cat!

My cat will only eat wet food, and she’s very picky. She instantly dives into this one, and hardly comes up for air! Some other food gives her loose stools, however this one keeps her regular! If my cat approves, so do I!

Unannounced recipe change?!?

My cat used to LOVE this food! She is a very picky girl and this was the only food we found that she would finally enthusiastically enjoy! However this year she has begun refusing it. Being the picky girl she is she won't eat anything else in it's place! Got so bad she lost weight&had to be seen by the vet! Nothing on the packaging indicates any changes have been made to the recipe. Yet here she is refusing to eat it once again. Even after being given an appetite stimulant. Her health is good, her appetite is fine, the only thing we can deduce is that something has been done with the food.

Not for me but fish lovers would love this

My cat says no he didn’t like the texture I. Though the ingredients were ok at best and the packaging like normal can food the price is higher than special kitty and the scent is fishy to fishy for me and my cat

Blue Buffalo Tastefuls Natural Pate.

My cat stopped eating her regular 'pate' he had been eating for yrs. He started getting thin. I finally realized that company must've changed their recipe. The pate was no longer moist; it was dry and strong smelling. My poor kitty was staving. I switched to Blue Buffalo. I'm so relieved he LOVES it (gobbles the Blue Buffalo down). I'm happy with this pate cat food.

Great quality for affordable price

My cats loved this food. The price is very affordable, the quality of ingredients is great and the packaging always comes in good condition. The texture is good and the scent can be a bit strong but not in a bad way.

Picky Cat

This is the first canned cat food that my cat will eat. I have never seen my cat eat a whole can. Most of the time i throw out more then he eats. With Blue food when i open a can and feed him 1/2 he eats it all and when i give him the other 1/2 he eats that too. that never happened before. So thank you for this cat food. Now i must try other flavors to see if he will eat them. So far he likes Chicken and Turkey Pate and Chicken morsels. I would buy a whole case if you had one of each kind in it so i could see what he would eat. Then i could buy a case of each flavor he likes. But as is I am having hard time finding different flavors in the stores. Plus all the cases i have seen have cans that my cat might not eat and i cant afford to buy products just to throw out. I live on a limited income. But I'm happy with this cat food and ill keep buying it.

Lots of small bones in food!

I’ve been buying blue buffalo tastefuls for my cat for about a year and recently noticed a TON of small bones in the ocean fish & tuna pate. This stuff is expensive and I had to throw it out because those sharp bones can’t be good for cats. Very disappointing!

I do not recommend this cat food! Very dry!!!

I bought this for the first time 3 weeks ago bought a case of it. Man was that a bad move on my part. I have 24 cans left and they won't touch it. It's extremely dry. Zero gravy, and it's so thick I literally have to chop it with a fork to brak it into bite size pieces. My cats begrudgingly ate a few bites and most of it goes bad. My cats are not picky, this can not be what the company thinks is quality food. Especially for the price! I've read they're was a recipe Charme a few years ago. I honestly thought I'd gotten a bad batch. I will not be buying this brand of wet food again. I was trying to find better healthier food for my fur babies. This was a huge swing and a miss!! You should be ashamed of yourself Blue Buffalo for having this poor quality and the price tag attached to it. Booooo two thumbs down!

Cats refuse to eat Tasteful's pate

My two cats have turned away from eating this new expensive/ healthier cat food pate. I've tried 3 flavors and they won't eat it. I am returning it all to the store. Very disappointed!

Waste of money

I was recently purchased some of this cat food, actually a whole case of it. I was excited to see how my cats liked it. Awful, it is suppose to be a pate, but it is a hard clump in the can, I smooshed it up and gave my babies their dinner, all 3 indoor cats walked away.

I have 3 cats at various stages of life and they all love Tastefuls pate'! I buy the box that contains the variety pack! This gives them choices over a period of time. It's a wonderful way to get them to choose what they want to eat at one particular meal. Chicken, Salmon or Ocean Fish and Tuna Entre'es.
