Don’t recommend

I got this used at a garage sale, and I’m glad I didn’t spend much money on it. I hadnt realized the Disney tonies are covers and not the original music. It’s bad. We won’t be buying anymore Disney tonies because of this

Pretty Bad Covers

Not the music from the original movie. Ariel’s voice is good, but Pour Unfortunate Souls is criminally bad compared to the original. Kiss the Girl is very meh as well.

Not very loud/Hard to hear

I think the concept is amazing. I am not sure if mine is defective or if the volume is just not good. You can barely hear it. I am going to buy another character to see if its the mermaid or the box itself before I decide if I actually feel like I wasted my money.

Not the real voices

The voices in both the songs and the story are not the same as the movie. Noticeable right away. Pretty disappointing. The sea witch’s voice is not even close. The song is actually horrible 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I will keep them, but it’s disappointing I spent so much money on it and it is not even the Disney characters.

Saw it at the store and had to buy it for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Songs were great. Took a star off for the Tonie design. Eyes and mouth looked a little weird. Wished Tonies were a little cheaper..
