This bike was an easy set up. I was riding this at my sister's house before I took the plunge and got one of my own. I'm glad I did!

so far, every other day. I load an album of choice and aim for 115 to 125 bpm for the length of the album. Still adjusting the bike to an optimum setting. Very quiet. Humbling also, not able to adjust the resistance above 20 and keep the speed at 20mph for the duration. But that allows me to set goals and I am already feeling the benefits.

My first IC4 lasted 4 years, the warranty company totaled the bike because of the repairs it needed. This one seems better, quieter…. No issues in the first month. The last one already needed repairs a month in. Very happy with my 2nd purchase.

use product on daily basis to help rebuild muscle strength and stamina. The disadvantage is that I cannot pull the seat forward enough or the handlebars closer to the seat so that I am in the proper position to exercise. I purchased an after market 3" pad that I hope helps.

I purchased this after the very inexpensive bike I bought during the pandemic finally wore out, and after my experience at a gym that said I could use their cycle studio outside of class hours. The people who initially told me that weren't the same people I later had to repeatedly ask—and practically beg—just to access the room. Their class schedule never aligned with mine anyway, so it became clear the space wasn't going to be reliably available. I went back and forth between buying a new bike and looking on Facebook Marketplace, but ultimately decided to purchase directly from the website. I didn't feel confident that Marketplace bikes were assembled correctly by previous owners, and I wanted something safe and properly put together. After being affected by the government shutdown, financing the purchase also made it the most practical option. So far, the bike works great! I've had a small learning curve with the cleats/clips, but I'm confident I'll figure it out. I'm not using the brand's subscription app, but I do enjoy using another fitness app I already subscribe to. I also really appreciate having clear resistance metrics—it makes it easy to track my progress and gradually increase over time. As for cons, the seat isn't the most comfortable, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. The water bottle holders stick out a bit at the handlebar height I prefer, but honestly it also works as a reminder to check my form if my knees start bumping into them. I hadn't been cycling for a while, but now I'm using the bike at least once a week in rotation with my other workouts. It's also a great low-impact option on days when I can't run due to knee issues. Most importantly, I have access anytime I want—no schedule conflicts, no gate-keeping, and no need to be presentable or leave the house.
