Q: Are the metrics on the LCD display visible without the app(s)/subscription?

  • A: Yes, the screen is visible without using any apps. You just have to have the bike plugged into the electrical outlet (there's an adaptor that attaches to bottom front base).

Like I said I am 72 and my wife is 68 and we like being fit. It's nice to sit near our window and look out while we work out. We also lift our weights as we do it. We also listen to music as we do it.

so far, every other day. I load an album of choice and aim for 115 to 125 bpm for the length of the album. Still adjusting the bike to an optimum setting. Very quiet. Humbling also, not able to adjust the resistance above 20 and keep the speed at 20mph for the duration. But that allows me to set goals and I am already feeling the benefits.
