Youtheory Marine Collagen, 290 Tablets

I’ve been taking this Marine Collagen for almost a year now and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I highly recommend it. The dosage is 5 a day, but I only take 2 or 3 a day.

I have taken this product regularly for over five years. Since I am allergic to beef, I was happy to find a collagen product of marine origin (most gelatin and collagen is of bovine origin.) Prior to taking this, I would notice an occasional twinge or ache in an elbow, knee, or hip. Nothing serious, but certainly noticeable and annoying. Since I have taken Youtheory Marine Collagen regularly, I almost never have these aches and pains. (I am over 50, but not telling any more than that!) The biggest feature of this product, at least for me, is that my skin looks luminous. Often, I am told that I "do not look my age." I do protect my face in the sun, most of the time, and have always taken good care of my skin. But I believe it looks better now than it did five years ago. It is smooth and pretty. As we age, we unfortunately cut way down on the amount of collagen in our bodies and I regard this product as an important replacement for it. I would not be without it. The label says to take five tablets a day, but I only take two and get fine results. I suppose you could crush them if needed. Be warned that they are quite large.

It took about 3 weeks when I started noticing difference, plump skin and shinier hair. My nails got extremely hard and grow so fast, and it seemed to control my laugh lines from getting deeper. The negatives I see, One, it will make your face very oily. Second, a fish burp after taste. I may not be getting the full benefits because I don't take the recommended dosage (I only take one tablet a day) BUT I'm already satisfied with the results it give me. This is my second bottle. This maybe my Beauty supplement for life :)
