Where did the Gluten Free Symbol go?
This was my most favorite ice cream bar. As some with celiac disease, it made me feel so secure to see the gluten free symbol on most of your items. Where did it go? I’ve had to stop buying them because of this. Did you change the recipe? Is it still gluten free?

Why THE CHANGE????
You do NOT NEED A PHOTO for you know what you have done. The chocolate layer thickness was decreased along with the drizzle over the original thick chocolate. I personally would buy 3 of your boxes a week and when they were on sale … well we won’t go into that. All I can say is I do NOT get the same amount of enjoyment from the "IMPROVED" vanilla ice cream bar. I did however notice THAT THE PRICE WENT UP !!! I SAY stick with the old way and keep the inflated price if you want. But this NEW PRODUCT well I have purchased my LAST TWO BOXES and I will find another VANILLA ICE CREAM BAR oh wait I have the DAIRY QUEEN’s DILLY BAR.

Used to be amazing…
These used to be amazing, but the chocolate coating is now thinner, it crumbles and falls apart making a mess. Noticeably no more drizzled lines on the coating. The thick chocolate coating was the best part. Why change a great product and make it less satisfying? These used to be a favorite treat, but now a disappointment- no longer superior to its competition.

Why you change the drizzle!:(
I’ve been buying a box every other day for the past year and they were great! Then boom out of nowhere you changed the chocolate it is now thin and there is no drizzle on it. You even changed the box. Why!!?!?

Different!
We used to buy This product regularly, however the last time we bought a box of 6, There was a noticeable difference in the chocolate coating. It used to be thicker. This time it almost seemed as if the bar was "sprayed" with chocolate instead of dipped. It completely crumbled and fell off onto my lap. Why? You had a great product why change? We will try other brands.

Chunks of chocolate mess!
A few nights ago I hosted a game night with some close friends. I was to provide the dessert. So I thought I would treat them to the Haagen-Dazs experience. Much to my disappointment, the chocolate coating broke off in huge chunks! Falling on the floor, and on my guests! They asked me not to get Hagen-Dazs next time. I gave you 2 stars because the chocolate “chunks” were tasty.

Favorite Treat!

We have these on hand in the freezer for an after dinner treat and they are also great on a hot day. If you are a chocolate fan, these are the best ice cream bars! Rich and decadent

The chocolate tends to break off in big chunks instead of with each bite. Besides the chocolate coming off in larger chunks than I would want it's a delicious dessert and I will be enjoying them more often.
