Description

Playful Zebras are seen sharing a walk, skip and maybe a kiss. A fresh pattern that can uplift the mood of any room. The Novogratz X Donald pattern was designed based on wallpaper found in The Novogratzes' Waverly Place renovation project. After uncovering a wall in a nearly 200-year-old home, The Novogratz found a deteriorating wallpaper. Donald Robertson was commissioned to create new artwork based on this nearly antique pattern. This Tempaper print is available white and black.

Product works best when applied to surfaces that have been painted with a satin or semi-gloss finish. Applications on flat paints and textured surfaces are not recommended.

    Ended up perfect!

    This isn’t the easiest peel and stick wallpaper I’ve worked with but it still ended up beautiful! There’s a tiny piece of the zebra tail printed on the wallpaper (who the heck did that, change it asap) that’s a pain in the butt. After cursing for 30 minutes I decided to overlap my wallpaper pieces to cover that part of the tail (less than 1inch overlap needed) and it was smooth from there. If placed on top of itself, it will pull up the last piece of wallpaper so beware!

    Tricky, but Forgiving

    It was difficult to match up the pattern (it seemed to be imperfect or maybe the paper stretched during application?), but luckily the wallpaper was easy to peel off and reapply mutliple times. It was also easy to smooth out bubbles even after applying. I haven't taken it down yet, so not sure if it'll leave a residue when that happens, but it didn't seem to do during the application process, so I don't expect any issues.

    Cute but not the deep red pictured

    The paper is definitely not as deep red or maroon as it looks in this listing. It’s actually almost magenta so not exactly what I had envisioned but the print is so cute I made it work. Tempaper has always gone on really easily for me and it’s quality paper and looks great. Easy pattern to match :)
