Swanson Multivitamins Whole Foods Formula Multi and Mineral without Iron Tablet 90ct

This is a great multivitamin, featuring a superb dosing of essential vitamins and minerals, with some additional supplements thrown in, for good measure. The tablet composition and weight just oozes quality. The absence of iron from the formula can easily be compensated for by taking Swanson SunActive Iron and/or Blackstrap Molasses Iron supplements. To boost my calcium and magnesium intake beyond what this multivitamin provides, I take Swanson calcium and Marine Magnesium supplements. Swanson multivitamins are the only ones that I recommend to friends and family.

disappointed that not using natural B12 what else is not natural ?

These are huge!! If you have issues swallowing pills, these are not for you. This is by far the largest pill I have ever swallowed!! With that said, these are amazing!! You’re supposed to take 3. I only take 1 a day. On the first day, no joke I could tell a difference. I have never felt a difference with any vitamin supplement until now. I have a little more energy and my joint pain has decreased considerably. So whatever my body was missing, this fixed it. I can’t imagine needing 3 pills a day. Just one turns your pee neon yellow. I docked it a star because of the size of the pill. They really are obnoxiously huge. I have included a couple of photos comparing it to a Tylenol caplet so everyone can have a reference to it’s size. If this doesn’t intimidate you, then I assure you, you will definitely reap the benefits it provides.

I mean - in my experience with whole food multi's... these are the typical size. Kind of big, but easy enough for me to swallow. Personally, I'd rather have larger capsules and take less of them... rather than smaller and having to take 6!

The pill was so big, I couldn't swallow it. If the pill was smaller I would buy it long-term.

It’s the best multivitamin around the pill is rather large so it requires manipulation with swallowing other than that this is a great product

Those pills were way to big for me. I can not take them. I wish something had been said about that

This whole food multivitamin is the best. It digests best and the uptake into the body is great.

Multivitamins are convenient, so easy to take just one pill with nearly everything, rather than multiple pills to swallow. Most of the major minerals are included, tho' (a) you need to take 3 pills for a "serving," and (b) for percent daily value, for magnesium ... only 24%, so you'll need more daily; Vitamin D ... 50% (?? why?) You can OD on Vit. D but if you're just depending on getting it from these you'll need more from somewhere; and calcium, only 15% of daily value in a "serving" of three pills! okay, I'll get calcium from another source too. I like that there are lots of good extras with no recommended daily value, including Quercetin Dihydrate, 30 mg, which I've read enhances your body's ability to use Vitamin C. Generally, worthwhile, but read the labels and think!

Really like natural vitamin w/minerals,enzymes etc..take 1 or 1/2 of pill at each meal. The food that we eat even organic does not have all nutrients needed for body

I LIKE THIS "FORMULA MULTI VITAMIN & MINERAL WITHOUT IRON, BECAUSE IS WORKING. I FILL VERY ENERGETIC ALL TIME. IT IS GOOD PRODUCT. I DO RECOMMENDED.

It's about time someone started making vitamins without iron. I must get rid of iron overload.

It was the multi I was looking for. I shall reorder this product & certainly tell anyone who asks.

I can’t live with out them, one day and you feel the difference. I have shared with friend and there buying them now also.
