save yourself the trouble it is TRASH
I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and with the way both Best Choice Products and Target handle situations like this. The item was substandard, poorly constructed, and did not meet reasonable expectations for durability. When I sought help, Best Choice Products deferred responsibility to Target’s 30-day return policy rather than standing behind the quality of its own merchandise. Equally frustrating, Target offered no meaningful assistance in connecting me with the manufacturer or pursuing warranty support. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like retailers and vendors are insulated from accountability while buyers are left stuck with defective products. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will not purchase from or recommend this brand again.

This is trash. Do not waste your money. It literally stopped working. I gave it to my son for Christmas. It hasn't even been twomonths and he hasn't jumped on it or smashed it or anything. She's been playing with it so nicely he loves it so much and it literally just Started to die and now it's making the craziest sounds. It sounds like it's dying. I've replaced the batteries it's not the batteries.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This stopped working after only using it three times. Because it was outside of the warranty window neither best choice nor target will do anything about it. Even though it was a Christmas present and sat in a box for a month before we even used it. Cheap piece of junk, even worse Customer Service from both companies.

Ridiculous, neither a toy nor an instrument.
Shameful bubble-wrapped landfill. Won't amuse or inspire any kid. Strings are not tuned and NOT TUNABLE, and not amplified. Only 'music' is from pushbuttons. They call them 'demos', but guitar can't be played, so... Target should be ashamed for offering this. Got my money back but not my time.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CHEAP THIS WAS MADE THE STRINGS ARE ALL LOOSE AND THERE'S NO WAY TO TIGHTEN THEM THEY'RE JUST LITTLE PLASTIC THINGS THAT YOU USE TO TIGHTEN THE STRINGS BUT THEY DON'T ACTUALLY WORK THE AMPLIFIER IS ALSO JUNK IN THE MICROPHONE DIDN'T EVEN WORK AND IT'S ALL CHEAP PLASTIC SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I can't add any pictures because I bought this a couple years ago and didn't take pictures!!

So glad i didnt pay full price
My 5 and 2 year old love it but the stand pops out constantly, the cords easily become unplugged from the amp, the sound is pretty crummy, and it is the cheapest plastic. Cannot believe they listed this at $90+. I’d say $15 tops. But my girls can’t tell and don’t seem frustrated by its poor quality.

Not a Tune-able Guitar
This is so poorly designed. It has actual strings that can make sound, but they're not tuneable, so they sound awful. This "guitar" isn't meant to be a playable instrument, only a toy to pretend to play. Don't buy from this company, none of their kid's guitar are actually well designed, playable instruments.
