Corn!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t think I’d ever had white corn before. This was kind of sweet and very crisp which was surprising for a canned vegetable. I had some with just seasoning and a little butter which was a perfect side and then put some in a chili with the del monte diced tomatoes. Perfect!!

I used it in a southwest style chili and the amount was sufficient, but I do feel like it should be in a full 15oz sized can.
