    Attention is needed by buyer

    Buyer take note. The rug I received does not look anywhere near to this item that I ordered. Diamonds are much larger and it’s more cream than charcoal. The picture they show may be for a much larger rug than the size I ordered (3’7x5’2). It looks darker in the picture. ***welcome mat used for reference.

    Didnt hold up

    After having this rug for just over a year, it is disintegrating. The seams around the edges are coming off and piles of fabric shedding is getting on everything. Would not recommend

    Damaged

    This rug is beautiful BUT it was delivered with both the packaging & product damaged. I could tell FedEx damaged the packaging & tried to fix it. The product, however, was not damaged in transit. It seems to have been damaged in production or just post-production. If you’ve ever ordered a rug before, you know it comes with the plastic rolled up with it & that’s exactly how this was. So that leads me to believe it was damaged prior to shipment. Not worth bothering with a return, our patio furniture covers it when the ottomans are pushed in under the table.
