Q: I love these but I can't seem to get them to stay on the wall? Is there a chance I got a bad batch? Any suggestions on how to get them to stay up?

  • A: Hi Dee Dee, thank you for your review! We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the decals to stay in place. These decals work best on surfaces that are smooth, clean, flat, and fully cured. Walls with texture, dust, moisture, or very fresh paint can sometimes prevent the adhesive from making full contact. We recommend gently cleaning the wall with a damp cloth and allowing it to dry completely before reapplying. Pressing firmly with a smoothing tool can also help improve adhesion. If the decals are still not sticking properly, there is a possibility the product may be defective. Please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’d be happy to help further!

Mermaid decals
