Adhesive ruined lid

These are really nice storage boxes. They're a heavy weight and large enough to store some of my dad's old large-format photo prints. BUT...why the manufacturer feels the need to GLUE a label to the top of the box is beyond me. This will not scrape off with a fingernail, so I have to figure out a way to remove it without damaging the fabric. So dumb. Would I recommend? Yes, without the label.
