Q&A (1)

Q: So these need to be used on the gray round base? And can they be flipped over so my hands can be on round part while flat base is on the floor for push-ups or planks? Thanks!

A: It is recommended to use the non-slip base underneath the Dynamic Duo, as it keeps the tools from sliding on hard, smooth surfaces. We do not recommend flipping the Dynamic Duo over while performing exercises. To confirm, the Dynamic Duo is designed to be used upright, as shown in the images.
