If the wireless microphone you have can connect to Bluetooth then it should be able to directly connect to your Bluetooth speaker. If it cannot, then it is likely the wireless microphone uses a private wireless protocol with its own receiver, which cannot be connected to our standard Bluetooth protocol transmitter.
