Unfortunately, my bench seat came with 3 razor slices in the back of it! The box was very beat up and looked like a pallet jack had been drivin thru it on one side. However these slits on the bench are so thin, I don't think they were caused from the shipping. The interior plastic wrap was also not ripped. I believe the manufacturer packed this item with those cuts. This is going against a wall so for me, the best solution was to keep it. It's disappointing that Target only gives you the option of returning an item. I hate that I paid full price for damaged merchandise but it also is not worth my time and effort to repackage, return, and then wait on the replacement. Not the cushiest sit, but definitely had a little more padding than I thought it would.
