Almay’s new and improved hypoallergenic Clear Complexion Concealer skin-balancing formula works to spot treat acne and support skin’s healthy look. Ideal for acne-prone skin types, oily skin, and combination skin, the lightweight, full-coverage concealer targets and fights blemishes, leaving skin with a seamless soft-matte finish that lasts all day. In addition to a dose of maximum strength 2% salicylic acid that helps treat and prevent future breakouts, this makeup essential is now powered by prebiotics and aloe vera. Why? Prebiotics nourish a healthy skin barrier for a well-balanced complexion; soothing aloe vera moisturizes skin, which helps calm signs of irritation. The nondrying, non-cakey, non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores!) concealer also comes with a redesigned doe foot wand for even better application.
Packaging contains recycled content - Because Almay loves the planet as much as your skin, the cap is made with 29.7% PCR material. The card the concealer is packaged in is made of 100% sustainably sourced FSI paperboard. Best concealer. Can’t live without this stuff! Conceals acne and redness really well. I use the color light and it’s a perfect match and blends super well ontop of my moisturizer. Doesn’t make my skin breakout. Feels like I’m wearing nothing and I have very sensitive skin. I wouldn’t use it under my eyes. I have a different concealer for that. Great affordable price! More expensive high end products don’t even compete anyway so win win.

Can you bring back the old version please please! This new version is terrible! Not sure why you changed it 🥲. The old version was my go to and amazing! The new concealer stick doesn’t cover and the shade doesn’t match correctly. Would never recommend the new one 👎🏻

Great for acne
Works great for acne control during the week I really need the extra help. When not dealing with acne, I switch back to regular brands to avoid the thick texture and drying out of my skin. It has good coverage when it’s needed and many options!

This fair tone concealer matches my skin perfectly! A little dab under my eyes covers all my HELP spots. There is no scent which is greatly as well as the slender bottle it's in, so it's fits nice in my makeup bag.

I have used the previous version of this product without issue for 10 years plus. I love the Almay line was hypoallergenic, BUT when I switched to the new package, I thought it'd be the same product, however I immediately broke out in redness and swelling. I used the remainder of my old rectangular version and... I was fine. Retried the new version... redness and swelling. Not the same product... boooooo!!!

I had been using this concealer for almost 10 years but the new formula doesn’t conceal anything and if you try to build it it gets caked. On top of that it has started to break out my skin again (in my 30s!). Time to move on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I already mentioned in my Almay foundation review, I don't have an acne problem. Sure, from time to time I have something to hide on my skin, but mostly I use concealers on my under-eye area. This concealer YOU CAN NOT USE UNDER EYES. Coz it's drying. Coverage Is not too bad, can hide small imperfections. Can't say anything about bigger problems, as I didn't have read experience. It lasts, doesn't oxidize. And it's all I can say. Just not my type of product.

Not for my skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy ALMAY as a brand, but this concealer was not meant for my skin's needs. I have sensitive combination skin and now, in the dry season here in Miami it has a big drying tendency. I mostly use concealer underneath my eyes to cover my dark circles and usually I will conceal here and there, but this Almay concealer did not do the trick. It find the formula thick and not that easy to blend on my skin. The salicylic acid dried my skin and I stopped using it because I did not want to disrupt the good work I have put into getting my skin back on track over the years. This is an acne targeting concealer and I have no doubts it would be better suited for an acne-prone skin than mine.
