Q: Does this work glutes like the old school stair steppers? On those you could get your knees up pretty high and push down slow with heavy resistance with heels to work glutes.

Q: Reviewers mentioned can only step for 15minutes at a time? If this is true how long do we have to wait before able to use again?

  • A: Thank you for your question. We do recommend using our steppers for 15 minutes at most before stopping to allow the hydraulic to cool and regain resistance. The machine just needs a few minutes between intervals which is a great time to include floor workouts or strength training!

Q: The wiring inside scares me, its heating up some while being turned off for hours. Did I hook it up wrong? Is this a fire hazard?

    Love it!

    I'm so glad I bought this. Love the handle for stability and the ease of being able to move this from room to room. Takes up little space to stow away discreetly when you want to. Lots of workouts to follow on you tube or the Sunnyhealth app. I'm 64 and appreciate that It's very sturdy and I feel secure using it. Whatever shape your in young or older you can definitely get a great workout with this.

    Nice little stepper

    Exactly what I was hoping for, size is compact yet machine works great, easy to assemble, handle is a little wobbly but really don't need it for support just something to rest your hands on. And price was great using a Target circle reward.

    The Stair Stepper with Handlebars

    It is Reasonably priced. The quality is durable and easy to assemble. It comes with the step and calorie tracker which is great. I don't have purchase additional devices.

    Fitness Stair Stepper

    I really like it but very stiff. I have tried using hair dryer to warm up lubricant as Joseph mentioned but only last for that use. I am afraid to heat up too much as I don't want to damage. I would recommend, will just take some time to be able to use as much as I would like.

    It seems rather __quote__tippy__quote__...not enough stability on the base. Also, I have trouble adjusting the tension even by loosening the __quote__nut__quote__...it does not seem to change either be it tight or loose. It is TIGHT all the time. For the price, OK I guess.

    Great stepper

    I love the stepper. Would have been nice to know that you can only use it for 15 minutes at a time before I bought it since I would like to work out for 30 minutes. It also doesn't say how long you need to let the hydraulics rest before you can use again.

    Calorie counter is junk.

    Overall the stepper works fine. Very smooth, stable and easy to use. I like it. However, the attachable counter for time, calories, etc, is a piece of junk. I have replaced the battery twice, it lights up, but does not work. Never has worked. The wiring is properly connected. Too bad, because the rest of the machine is nice.
