Q: The description says "temperature with memory feature for ease of use." Doesn't that mean it remembers your temp setting so you don't have to fool with it every time? I have to reset mine each time.

A: Ring plus's temperature is 390 Fahrenheit by default when you turn on it each time . You can see this temp on the LED display . So it is without memory feature .

Q: Naturally dry 2B medium thick hair. Is this better than a Titanium flat iron? Would I be able 2 get super straight hair from roots to ends? Better than other tymo brush or a flat iron? Work 4 me?

A: HC103 is anti-scald , with narrow comb pitch to have a better straightening performance . It is with negative ions to reduce frizz . Just brush your hair to get a completely straight hair from roots to ends within 2-3 minutes , which is easier than flat iron !

It wasn't able to straighten my irish curls on its own so I threw it in a drawer for a year but then I discovered that it was good for refreshing a blow out and making it last a few days and did it and faster and easier than using a straightener- although I just saw a review that mentioned it making their hair greasier and now I'm thinking that might be true. Anyway, doesn't matter it stopped working today.

I think this prob works best for people with extremely curly hair and want it to be straighter. I have very thick hair, but I feel like it makes it look worse than a flat iron.

Love it! I just got mine yesterday. I was able to straighten my 3C hair within 10min. I’m used to using my Chi to straighten my hair but this comb is fun to use and easy to use. I chose not to straighten it bone straight. My hair feels light, silky, & airy and I have a lot of hair. I was worried about what to do with the ends from watching videos of others’ use it but it’s easy to bump/curl the ends. I’m hoping the comp won’t stop working like I read in some other reviews. So far very good. It did seem like the box had already been opened, however. I also got mine on sale.

After having this less than a year it has stopped working. The cord, that was designed to spin, now doesn’t like to spin and the straightener turns off any time the cord moves in a way it doesn’t like. I also bought one of these for my niece and she just told me hers doesn’t work for the same reason.

With this tool, not only does that disappear, but my hair is left doodling super soft & is so shiny; it really does well to with just 1 pass through my hair. It is very challenging to do it myself as I am not a hair stylist and my hair so long that I have never attempted to do anything on my own. I felt tempted to make Tymo purchase. I was amazed by the results. In les than 45min (I have lots of hair) I had accomplished straighten my hair all by myself. Note: make sure your hair is dried before you use the tool.
