Handle wouldnt come out 2nd time I used it
I used this item two times I was racing to a flight the handle would not come out. I am 75 yrs old in good shape but this backpack was not good Plus it was pricey I have lost money on this purchase.

Won't last long.
Like others have said, the handle doesn’t last. I got 6 months use from it before it suddenly wouldn’t fully extend. The wheels are already worn down to the white plastic core (that didn’t happen to the one I had before it until that one was at least a year old). The cinch straps lie over the zippers to the main compartment, which gets in the way of opening and closing it—yes, that’s more of an annoyance than a major issue, but as long as I’m ranting… :) Anyway, not recommended.

Pack part is good Handle doesn't last
Loved this backpack at first but at exactly 2 months of use the pull handle failed to extend to full height. Several in family tried to work with it to see if could get it to work with no sucess. Sadly had to return for refund.

Horrible quality
This backpack didn’t even last my 13-year-old one month. The handle is broken, the straps have ripped off, and the bottom is tearing. This was a huge waste of money.

Rolling Backpack
Handle piece broke off when it tiped over and wheels are a little lose and not worth the price but besides that it a good rolling backpack and theres good storage space.
