Great Gift
I have had this monitor for 3 years now. It works perfectly. My toddler loves the melodies that is built in the system. We use them to help her sleep. My favorite feature is that we are able to speak to her through the monitor. I highly recommend this baby monitor.

Horrible company and product
Quit working right after a year so of course the warranty was up. Went back and forth with a terrible person Bhavya pointing out that a $150 monitor shouldn’t stop working a little after a year, but they truly do not care. I was so sad how I was treated. Horrible company and product.

Do NOT purchase. We have been through 3 or 4 and they either half work, quit working or don’t ever work. Most even stopped working with the handset suddenly, leaving us with no way to monitor our child’s safety.

I like the app/smartphone feature. But the monitor is a piece of crap. I’m on my second replacement, it needs to be reset frequently, and it just won’t work when it’s plugged in. Thank goodness for the app otherwise I’d be blind to my toddler sleeping.

I’m OBSESSED with this camera and the Hubble Connected App! I recommend this to anyone in my circle when they are expecting. From super easy to setup to being able to share access for just a few hours when we have a babysitter, the Hubble system has so much to offer. I love that you can access your monitors both from the parent module and the app on your phone. If, for whatever reason, we aren’t able to use the app (WiFi loss or app updating), we can still can keep an eye on our little one with the parent module. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with the actual camera and just love the app and all of its features! I would buy and buy again!

Died just after a year of use
Product worked fine for about a year, then suddenly the camera died. Tried working with customer service to reset it but none of their steps would get the camera to pair/reset. They told me it was a hardware problem within the camera but since it was over a year since the purchase date, the warrant was no longer valid. For a product that is typically purchased prior to a baby being born, a 1 year warranty from the purchase date sure shows what they expect out of their product. The connectivity was not always the best but never caused much of an issue. We liked the features of the system, but the fact that the camera died within a year of use, I would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs!
Product worked fine for 3 months and then died in the middle of the night. Tried placing the warranty claim and was given the run around for 2.5 months before having to purchase a different brand. Don't take my word for it, check out their F rating from the Better Business Bureau and similar complaints.

Twins - Works, though i had bigger wishes!
I have the twin version, but bought this to have a third camera, and hoped to use the second base unit. However, connectivity doesn’t really allow for this. Sometimes connecting one base unit removes the camera from the app, or vice versa. We do have three cameras connected, but the base unit won’t always let us see all three on one screen. Overall, I’m sure this would have been a fantastic set up for one camera - but as you get to 2+, things get dicey. I do like that there is both a base unit and an app. It means that I can still check in while the babysitter is at the house. The notifications for sound and movement are nicely customizable. The base unit is small and easy to carry, though doesn’t seem to hold a charge all night, so I do tend to keep it plugged in. I’d recommend this, as I don’t know that anything is better for using multiple cameras at one time.

Indeed, the Nursery Pal Deluxe monitor allows you to pair up to 4 cameras, however each camera can only be linked to one parent unit at any one time. It's important to clarify that the monitor and camera work together through a radio link and regardless of the WiFi connection. For example, if the camera disconnects to the parent unit and the app at the same time, then it's to the camera that we'd need to pay attention to. We highly recommend to make sure both the cameras and the parent unit are running the latest firmware version. You can check this under your settings in the app. Regarding the battery, usually, a new one lasts about 6 hours. This considering the monitor goes into audio mode only. When the video is kept activated all the time, or you frequently turn it on, the battery will last considerably less. We recommend that the unit is plugged in at night as to last the whole period. Please note that when the monitor is unplugged, the screen will go blank after 5 minutes to save battery power. You can still hear audio, but you will need to press the video display button to turn the video back on. Also, always be sure to charge a new battery for 16 hours straight before using it, and after that, preferably, for 12 hours each time the battery is drained. This is to maximize your battery's life over time. I love this product because it has everything I need: Portable monitor to avoid using my phone yo check on my baby. 2 cameras of great quality, motion detection, sounds to play for my child, and cameras move up, down and to the sides which is great feature since I don’t have to be moving the camera from side to side, instead I just do it from my phone.

Love my Hubble
Good camera, reliable, always stays connected, great picture and quality. really good sound. I love how you can view your whole babies night of sleep in a fast forward motion. the little viewing hub dyes really fast but other than that good quality.
