Wrinkles & Kinks

The color of the rug is great, HOWEVER, the packing was so terrible (folded up instead of rolled up) that there are kinks/rolls throughout the rug. We're going to have to spend alot of time trying to straighten out this rug. NOT happy right now so not sure if we're going to keep it. Strangely enough, the system is not allowing me to upload a jpeg file showing just how bad it is.
