Save your money
The cord that connects to the charger itself barely stays connected. I can almost never get it positioned correctly for the cord so that it will charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far a week in and I am really enjoying it, i've tested it out with different cords and phones and all worked flawlessly. Wireless charging works for iPhone 11 pro, no problems with alignment for charging. Also like how it has its own power if you have a car that cuts off the cigarette adaptor with key. They thought of everything, and I appreciate the details. Modern looks without going overboard with blue leds or anything like that, thank you! The green release buttons are diffused and dont bother my eyes at night at all. Its great I just drop the phone it aligns and tightens and charging starts instantly, when you grab it off your fingers rest on the release button naturally on both sides of phone as well. So to release its simple and you don't even really think of the button at all. Went from the one touch iottie 2 to this and wow, worth the wait skipping all the other models for this. Worth every penny paid. Now only time will tell on the durability, if this lasts as long as my one touch 2 then i'm happy as can be.

Finally!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally found a sturdy phone holder for my car. It is very well made. I have oddly shaped vents in my car so it's awesome that I can use the cd slot. You can adjust the sides to hold different phones and there is quick release buttons so you can easily take your phone out. I spend much of my day in the car, taking my phone in and out and this mount has held up really well. Another great feature is that it can charge your phone wirelessly while it's mounted. I highly recommend.

Cracked my stereo face
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how the arms that hold the phone open automatically when your phone is near it. I did have to use the extra clip, to the cd holding mount, to get the stand to stop wiggling. Unfortunately by using this clip it did crack my entire stereo face. So it is either to loose or just right with the extra clip but at the expense of my entire stereo face. I did try mounting to the vent but that was entirely to loose and my phone was very jumpy. It charges my phone quickly and does hold a charge after the vehicle is off because when I go to grab my phone out of the holder it automatically opens,which is cool. It does hold it tightly so I am not worried about it falling out when I go over bumps or train tracks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Auto Sense Air vent/ cd slot mount is very convenient. You can either put it in your cd player to mount it or you can use it in your air vent. The best feature of this thing is if you have a wireless charging phone then you can charge in well be hands free going down the road. Another cool feature is it has support for the bottom of your phone. And also has enough opening room to be able to hook your phone up if you don't have a phone with wireless charging.

I wish my phone had wireless charging because it would be awesome to have it charge my phone while holding. Obviously since it is powered you need to make sure you can power it through the car barrel jack.

If you've spent years doing the same thing, your search is over!! This nifty phone mount fit in your CD player (which you're probably not using anymore)! It has a nice long cord which is great since my plug is in the bottom of my center console. The coolest parts are that it senses when you want to put your phone in the mount and it automatically opens. Then it closes automatically once you set your phone in it. No more messing with slides and button to try to get your phone in and out! And THEN....it wirelessly charges your phone while it's in the mount! It's almost like someone finally listened to consumers and developed the phone mount we dreamed of!

Doesn't stay well in vent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this car phone mount to hold my new iPhone 13 pro while charging it at the same time. The style and features of this mount seemed great for my needs.I own a 2013 Chrysler T&C van so I used the vent piece since my cd/dvd slot is located on the bottom and don't really want to block it with my mount. Unfortunately the vent clip is not sturdy as expected, it tried installing it multiple time but it still fails down when I have my phone on and try to twist it or move it in different directions. I am very disappointed also in the location of where you plug the wire into them out since it is located on the bottom back of it instead of being on the side. When you want to plug/unplug it will be hard and risks having the mount fall of the vent. I really wished it worked for me because it offers fast wireless iPhone charging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very strong quality product I am very happy with it it has different features either for my CD or my air vent I am very happy with this product it's very durable I use it daily I'm very rough on items and this has yet to break on me it's very thick and I use in multiple different vehicles and it fits every one of them can be used for iPhone or Android I'm very impressed with this product and would definitely recommend and it helps keep me safe on the road so I'm not searching for my phone which is probably the best feature this product could offer

I’ve had another brand installed on my car air vent but it was kinda iffy if it was to work correctly or not. With this iOttie auto sense air vent/ cd slot mount, it was super easy to install into my cd slot that isn’t really used anyway as I tend to listen to the radio when I’m driving. I do have a slim phone case on my phone and I think that helps the mount easily recognize it as a device to be charged. I really do t like using my air vent to attach such devices to so I was looking forward to having this installed on my cd slot. Easy to operate and hold my phone real well without falling out like the previous phone mount I had.

Great positioning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the way this holder positions my phone so I can see it really well to be able to see driving directions. It was easy to install. We use the CD holder and it worked great. It has a sensor so that when it is plugged in to the car charger it will open up to "accept" the phone, and by a click of a button open back up to release it. The part we had an issue with is having to have it plugged in in order for this function to work. I wish the piece held a charge so that it wouldn't have to be plugged in for this important step.

Excellent Phone Mount
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In Texas, you need every air vent your car has to offer to avoid sweating to death in the hot summers, so I have been looking for solid non-vent phone mount option. I have not used the vent option of this mount, so this review is exclusively of the CD slot mount. Let's cover my issues with this phone mount first. Because the phone mount is thin so it can slide into the CD slot, you can get a lot of vibration. This isn't really a problem except for navigating or changing songs on the highway, and it's more of a minor annoyance than a problem. Sometimes the wireless charging doesn't initiate. You have to keep you eyes on the phone to make sure it is in fact charging. Pretty annoying, but happens pretty rarely. The mount uses Micro USB instead of USB C. Not a problem, but it means I can't use the nice USB charging cable I already own, and I have to use the shorter, lower quality cable they provide. Now let's talk about what this mount has going right. This thing is built so solidly. I have no worries about it's durability. The phone is 100% secure in the mount, it never looks or feels like it's going to fall out, the motorized arms, which feel super unnecessary but are always a joy to use, work flawlessly. It took me two weeks before I even realized they were motion activated and I didn't even need to push the button to put my phone in the holder, it's an excellent feature which feel luxurious. The mechanism to mount the holder in the CD Slot is ridiculously secure. It takes some effort to engage the latch, but once you do, the mount is going nowhere, and it appears that my CD player is no worse for the wear. For being as full featured as the mount is, it doesn't take up that much space. It is fully adjustable, so you can find that perfect angle, and fit for your phone. This is a great phone mount with a couple minor flaws, but the flaws don't hold it back. I highly recommend this mount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this iOttie Auto Sense Air Vent to try and I'm still not sure if I really like it. I'm a person that's used to my magnetic phone mount and still use my car charger. However this is a 2 for 1. Although you will still have a cord running, you don't have to search for the port on your phone while driving since this is a wireless charger. My issue with this is that it wouldn't charge with my otter box case on it. I'm not sure if it's because the case is thick or that my magnet is still on the case for my other holder. I will also have to get used to the size of it. My magnetic holder is a small square that doesn't block my vent too much and this blocks it a lot with the phone on it. Oh yeah, the sensor on this thing is sensitive. I put my hand in it, trying to adjust it and it began to close, but it doesn't close enough that it'll hurt you.

I’ve tried a few others car mounts but they either didn’t last long or my phone wasn’t secured in it. This car mount, doesn’t only keep my phone perfectly in place and secured, but it also has some great features. Works with both iPhone and Android phone, has cradle arms that open automatically and best of all, wireless charging. I just love this car mount and comes at a great value as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new iOttie Auto Sense holder AND charger! It is wireless, so no dangling wires or connections to my phone. I just connected it to port/cigarette lighter in my car and I was ready to go. There were two options on how to mount it, either via the air vent or on the CD slot. I chose to mount via the CD slot since I don’t use that for my music listening. Mounting the phone onto the iOttie holder/cradle was easy. I simply put the phone near it, and as it senses phone is near, it opens its “arms” automatically to accept it and it closes around the phone to secure it. So cool! It secures it very nicely, too, so no fear of it falling off. Once it is mounted in the cradle, it uses “Qi wireless charging technology”, which allows charging my phone without any wires or cables! There are release buttons on the either side which you just tap to retrieve your phone again. If you’re looking for a gadget that not only gets mounted for ease of use and viewing, but also charges at the same time – look no more and get this iOttie Auto Sense. I used an iPhone for this, but it also charges androids, so this is great for any type of smartphone you have!
