Very effective and compact charger
This wireless charger was exactly what we were looking for: a way to not only prop my phone up for longer Zoom calls but also keep my phone charged at the same time. It does not take up much room on my desk, and it was easy to set up. You have to press pretty hard to push the top part into the charging base. When you put your phone on to charge, there’s a small blue indicator light at the bottom to know it’s charging. The charger comes with a USB-C to USB-A that isn’t too long, but the charger is on my desk near an outlet so it works for me. It charges my daughter's iPhone right through its silicone case without any problem in both vertical and horizontal positions. It charges her watch simultaneously without any problems or getting too hot. She tried to charge my AirPods 2 for the longest time without any luck but realized that the AirPod case wasn’t meant for wireless charging (in case you are having trouble too, make sure you have the right model and that it's compatible with wireless charging.)

Faulty cord
The stand is what was expected. The c/USB cord however ended up melting and ruining the item it was plugged into and nearly started a fire! My son opened this as a gift on 12/23 and now it’s trash. So disappointed in this product and lucky that we didn’t have more damage than our just electronics. Unfortunately we are out the cost of $35 and the item it ruined it worth $800!

Didn't include an adapter; didn't work with a proper adapter
The product does not come with the adapter that connects with its USB cable and plugs into the wall. The little iPhone cube adapter is not sufficiently powerful to handle multiple devices. I went out and bought a more powerful adapter according to the specs on the instructions that came with the device, and it still didn't work. Too bad; I really like the compact design, but I ended up returning it.

Wont charge namebrand airpods
The airpod charger doesn’t work for the AirPods. I can sit my phone on that part and it charges, but I have name brand AirPods that never connect, but they’ll connect on a separate AirPods charger. It’s like it just doesn’t like AirPods. Sorta pointless to have this bulky thing if I still have to have other chargers too. Didn’t get to use it until past the return date since it was a gift so I’m stuck with it now. If anyone has tips to get it to charge AirPods I’d be glad to know, I’ve tried everything.
