Description

Rev-A-Shelf knows waste containers better than anyone in our industry and the RV series is perfect for anyone wanting to replace your existing floor standing trash can and create more space in your kitchen. Featuring a large capacity, you'll spend more time enjoying your clean kitchen and less time taking out the waste or recycling items. This space-saving trash container system comes with all the hardware you need to install it easily and quickly to the cabinet floor. The handle can be removed if you prefer to mount the system to the cabinet door with the 5WB-DMKIT (sold separately). Once installation is complete, these sliding trash containers glide effortlessly on a 3-piece zinc plated full-extension ball-bearing slide system. These two pullout bins use standard 12-gallon trash bags. Designed for a base cabinet with an opening width of 14.5”- 18”. The heavy gage metal wire construction ensures that this pullout system will last for years to come. Double check your cabinet's opening (inside dimensions) to allow the best fit. Measure side to side (width), front to back (depth or length), and top to bottom (height). Double check to make sure your product is within measurements and don't forget to take into account any obstructions (plumbing, hinges, etc.). Q: Just checking - - The dimensions of this container unit are listed as 14-3/8" (W) x 22" (D) x 19-1/4" (H), my question is regarding the (D): is 22" the total dimension when it is closed up in the cabinet or is that when it is extended?

Q: Do you make any models that do not have the tracks screw into the sides, but rather the floor of the cabinet. They won’t work with our configuration if they screw to sides.

Must have / so easy to install!

I've wanted an under cabinet trash for so long but could never find any for an affordable price that included both, the trash cans and pull out until this brand! So easy to install, too less than 5 minutes. Trash cans are decently sized, as well.

Works!

We love having a pullout trash can. We paired this with a door mount kit, so the trash cans come out when we pull the door handle. It is very convenient and it is so nice not having a trash can underfoot. I purchased on sale, but it is definitely worth paying full price.

Installing these was also easy. We added an extra island to our kitchen and built this into the design so there were no issues with fit.

Awesome pull out trash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Rev-A-Shelf Pull Out Waste Container Set is fantastic! I had a different setup under my counter for garbage and recycling, but it constantly got stuck. It never pulled out smoothly, 90% of the time you had to yank it. After many broken nails, my wife was super excited to find this one installed! This set was super easy to install under my cabinet, literally took less than 10 minutes and it slides in and out super easy. It's neat and organized, plus we like the 2 different bins for garbage and recycling. The bins and track are super durable and well made. Super satisfied with this set!

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a nice addition to our kitchen, the waste bins are large, stuurdy, and maximize the space of the cupboard. The unit was easy to assemble and install for us, there are four screws that hold the sliding mechanism to the floor of the cabinet, the only part that took any thought was making sure the frame was straight in the space. The slides move easily and quietly. The handle on the front isn't overly useful because it always falls down, but still works, and the bins do fit snugly in the frame which is nice for keeping them together, but can be annoying if you have overloaded the bins and are trying to get them out without spilling because they will catch on each other. Overall though, it is a nicely constructed setup with insignificant downsides.

Perfect for the new kitchen!

Love the double bins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a few weeks ago and it was an easy installation. My husband installed it in our kitchen cabinet. We left it as a cabinet for the hopes of possibly turning it into a trash can cabinet. It did not take too long to install and he said it was fairly easy. I like the different colored double bins. We have quiet a bit of recyclables so I like being able to sort them. The bins are a great size and they seam sturdy so they will last over the years.

We use one can for trash and one for recycling. The same garbage bags that we always buy fit them both perfectly. They are held in place by a metal frame, they feel sturdy all the time, I never worry about them falling over. The kitchen looks better without having a trash can and recycling bin out in the open. We love them!
