Beef summer sausage

Johnsonville beef summer sausage is actually pretty hard to find. I'm glad Target keeps it stocked up. The beef is definitely better than the regular with pork. I like that there is a clean no greasy taste and the price is fair. I love to pair it with crackers and cheese for my charcuterie boards.

I just opened 1 of my Beef summer Sausages today and it is wonderful. It is close to the old Hickory Farms Beef stick. I love it and when the time comes I will be purchasing more. Highly recommend
