Worked good at first.
Followed all of the instructions. It was great at first. Been using it for 2 months now and it barely gets hot even at the higher setting. And now it’s out of the time frame to return.

Design flaws
This heater has some inherent design flaws: extremely short power cord, which, if you follow the recommended installation, means you’d need an outlet about 3 ft off the floor to plug it in to. Also- the only function you can control without the remote is the power to the unit. The LED readout for the unit is on the ‘bottom’ of the unit (again, per the install instructions) where the power cord is attached. Okay for horizontal install, but absolutely doesn’t work for vertical install. While it seemed to work, pressing buttons on the remote gives no clue as to what you’re actually doing, since there’s no readout or indicators or any sort. Other than the power button, this unit has no manual controls, so if you misplaced the remote, this entire unit would be worthless. Returning tomorrow.

Easy set up.
This works great for mysingle car garage space. Does not seem to use overly too much power either.

Outdoor heater
Excellent heater for my deck. It is small enough that it blends in but puts heat out. Now I can enjoy my deck well into fall.

Works Well
I like that these aren't huge... I use it for heating my work area, I have it mounted about two feet from my head. It heats my upper area and I have one mounted down low to heat my legs.

Great quality
This heater is hanging in the garage so it will not be freezing cold in winter time and we can do some workouts. Got it a couple months ago, so I have not tried yet when it is really cold.

Great for garage gym

Pros Looks good with its silvery profile. Heats up fast and at a reasonable price. Not too difficult to install on the wall. Cons: There is no indicator to tell you which level the heat is on or whether the unit is on or not . You will have to make sure that it's turned off when you use the remote or the button.
