Take at night.

I’m giving it a 3 star because even tho the product is good the instructions were not clear enough. This product makes you drowsy and the instructions don’t mention anything about that or that it should be taken before bed. I added this to my daily vitamins routine. I took it and went to work and was falling asleep at work. Not cool.
