The installation instructions are very simple. It's a little heavy, but it's good quality. I mainly use it to do pull-ups and work my upper limbs, but I'm sure you can do more. The height can be easily adjusted. I use it many times to exercise, usually smooth, definitely recommended.

Good quality, strong material. It is very strong. Assembly would not be difficult. This set of equipment for people like fitness, buy a set at home, really practical. Sometimes I don't have time to go to the gym, so I can workout at home. This equipment can do a lot workout . Pull-ups, push-ups, double pole leg lifts for belly, arms and core are all good. Loving it. In order to make myself stronger and healthier. Recommend it.

I bought this power tower due to the local gyms closing for Covid. I am happy with my purchase so far, this is a solid Dip, Pull-up, Ab and push up tower. Assembly is simple if you follow instructions. The main frame is steel, which is thick and heavy. Pull up bar is covered with anti-slip foam, thick padded armrest and back cushion made it comfortable to use. Weight Capacity is 300 lbs, Overall it is great for my home gym.
