Since I don't have any dumbbells at the moment, this is a great way to work out my arms. Since it's just sitting in the room, it motivates me to work out every day. It's stable and of great quality.

For the price, this thing is incredibly solid. I weigh 183 lbs and this thing definitely holds my weight. The only thing that wobbles or rocks is me because I have a weak core. Overall, I recommend buying this product and I've enjoyed every minute of it.

Get your summer off to a good start
This product is very durable, stable and compact. The assembly process is very simple with clear illustrations and instructions. It does not take up much space and is relatively easy to move around the room or store. After three months of use, I have hardly had to make any adjustments or retighten the screws. I highly recommend this product to beginners and experienced trainers alike.

Good quality.
The machine is really sturdy and easy to assemble. The only downside is that the cap on the metal end often falls off and there is no cap on the back of the backrest so it leaves marks on my wall. Another downside is that the suction cup feet don't stick to my painted basement floor or rubber mats. Other than that, great value for money!

The perfect addition to your home gym
I have limited space and want to maximize what I have and this product is perfect. I am 63 years old and after a 66 lb weight loss journey I decided to take it to the next level. This product is the perfect addition to my dumbbells. I am not trying to be the next Charles Atlas, I just want to build muscle and stay in shape. This product is worth the money. I would buy again.

Solid tower
Very sturdy and very simple to install, can be done in less than 15 minutes. Note though that only 6 of the 8 holes will reach the full height of the shaft. The last two holes at the bottom must be used for the pin and safety, so keep that in mind.

The bolt and washer sizes are quite different than what the inventory page shows. With a few tweaks, it works perfectly. There are no "spare" parts, so if you lose a bolt...it's a trip to the hardware store. It looks like they gave me two left side metal crossbars (the height adjustment bolts all go in from the left side, not the outside). It still works though, and holds in place pretty well. Apparently two different orange crossbars. The rubber bands have very little resistance (my 6 year old used them), and I ended up spending a few bucks on separate resistance bands. It's very sturdy and feels very solid.

Shipped very quickly. Assembly was super easy. Very stable on carpet with almost no squeaks. Sturdy training station at a good height. The assist bar for the parallel bars and rowing is great too. Great for a home gym.

Great value purchase
This product was exactly what I expected it to be. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were also written with consumer convenience in mind. It is very sturdy and of good quality. I used a nut driver instead of the included wrench which made it easier to assemble. The wrench would work just as well, it just took a little longer. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

It looks cute. And it's sturdy and doesn't wobble around. From my experience so far: if the adjustment rod is not tightened enough, it will wobble around. Always check the base to make sure all the screws are tight.
