Effective budget chest workout.
the converging arms do really make it so much better than my more expensive lever gym that I had previously. If you want a deep chest stretch and a safe no spotter solution, without the large rack. . this is a winner on a budget.

Works well
started using it, I'd thought about selling it because of the limited functionality but I've found that I can do single arm rows, single shoulder presses and could probably do shrugs with it as well. You need to be creative with the exercises you can do.

It works
I feel like this wasn't made for tall people I'm about 6'3 when laying down trying to get into the right position for it to actually work my chest my head hangs off a bit. and everything was number correctly. it doesn't move when working out on it. The range of motion for depth is there and the incline bench feature is what we really bought it for. It's not the top of the line but it definitely works for the price you are paying. Solid product

This is a nice piece of equipment It was a bit of a challenge to put together by myself but it's a solid workout machine once it's put together. a little bit of WD40 on the joints is all I've needed to keep it working smooth. I'm 56 and had not worked out in a few years and decided to get back into shape with my treadmill I started with one 45 plate on each side and less than two months later I'm ready to double the weight. I've added my 25 lbs plates to the 45's so far but need to purchase additional plates to add as I get stronger. Don't hesitate to buy, this is a nice piece!

Good value for moderate lifting
it's been a really good purchase for me. Allows safe 'bench press' work in a compact area. so I won't vouch for any higher weight. However, I am able to perform 'declines' for the first time. Also, Wood propped under bench also facilitates numerous dumbbell exercises, like face down pull ups.

Its a good product
I am extremely satisfied with this bench press machine. and very compactable. Very smooth lifting bars Its good for my son bc I do not have to worry about a bar crashing on his chest and there is no need for a spotter. It came undamaged Also my wife enjoys using this machine as well.

Choose to not assemble the bench as i have one that fits it. Add some extra weight to the bottom, so it will stay steady.
