I cry every single time I have to install them.
The end result looks good, but I cry every time I install them. They're that difficult, and I honestly can't understand why. I'm pretty handy, but these stump me. I've had them for 4 years, and I'm on my third installation (I moved once, and the last time, they were a little crooked, so I just started reinstalling). Now, I've decided to ditch them and go with an alternative.

Difficult to Install
My set of shelves didn't come with the necessary hardware to install... looking back on the listing, it does say that hardware is not included. Really??? That's my bad for only checking the reviews, but this made the installation extremely difficult and destructive. The screws I had were either too short, too wide of a head, or didn't fit my anchors. This resulted in me attempting to install four times. Using anchors is definitely necessary in order for the pieces to be sturdy and flush enough! One shelf has a pre-drilled hole that is very damaged because of the constant in and out of materials. Thankfully, the shelves did come with little black stickers to cover the holes, but still... that one hole looks poor and will need to be permanently covered with an item on the shelf. Not only that, but my walls really took a beating and the black coating on the back fo the shelves rubbed off on the cream walls in my office. Overall, the look is sleek and the materials feel sturdy. For the price, I think it's fair to expect that screws and anchors be included :/
