  • A: By design the Sport Knit Pants offer a generous fit. Garment elastic waist for the 2X (20W - 22W) relaxed is 38" and 54" extended. Hip 53 1/2" and inseam is 29 1/2". For the 3X elastic waist r the 3X (24W - 26W) is 42" relaxed and 58" extended. Hip is 57 1/2. Inseam is 29 1/2".

    Liked them not as high rise

    I really like sport knit pants, but why do they have to be high rise. I hate when the waistband comes up halfway to my bra. They didn’t used to be high rise and fit a petite perfectly.

    Runs large

    I first bought my normal size of 2x. Huge. Reordered XL- too long. Ordered XL Petite- perfect. So order 2 sizes smaller than their other pants. Love the pants!!!

    LOVE the Deep Pockets!

    LOVE the slant front/side pockets (main reason I ordered to carry phone/keys) and wide Elastic Waist and material is just right for Summer at the Mid Atlantic Beaches- I took a chance and ordered Petite mainly because I'm just under 5'3" and often regular pants are too long... I had also ordered the same in Capri Length and they were great too!!

    Baggy knees

    I am trying to return this product because it is too large in the petite small even though I weigh 128 pounds. I have others in the XS petite and they are fine. Very hard to return in a small town because there is no Fed Ex that works.

    Disappointing Changes

    I am very disappointed in the current version of this product. The current version is made with a material that is very hot and more like a polyester blend than pure cotton. They are also now two sizes to big. I have purchased these pants and shorts for years and I loved them. They were comfortable and cool. My recent order was for the same pants in the same size I have always purchased. They are not the same sizing or quality. I do not recommend.

    Pockets don’t lay flat

    These are so comfortable! However, there’s something wrong with the way the pockets are sewn. They sort of stick out and make the pants look terrible. This is true for all three pairs that I bought. I will just wear long shirts over them since they are so comfy. The pocket design needs to be addressed though.

    Skimpier than once upon a time. . .

    Material skimpier than what I always got in the past. Lands End was my go to place for classic, well-fitting, well-made clothing. No more. Now, higher costs, lesser quality. . . Take your chances, be advised.

    Great summer pants!

    These pants fit so well! I wanted a pair of white pants for summer. These met my expectations except in one area. The material is thinner than I like. However, I wear a lot of long tops so I can get the coverage I want.
