Could've been a much better book but still enjoyed!

I have been waiting for this book for a long time! I loved the first two books in this series and was a little disappointed in the 3rd book. This one was a little disappointing as well but still good. The cliffhanger in book 3 doesn’t even get resolution for quite a while in this book. And something we thought happened, didn’t happen, but then it happened again needlessly (no spoilers lol). I would have rather had backstory on Vogel than some of the fluff included in this book centered around the purple moon festivities. But, I think the foreshadowing says this will happen in book 5. It is tough to write a book review and not do spoilers! Anyways, I still love this series and am super psyched for resolution even if I think 4 books was plenty for this (maybe I am bitter about waiting again). I do recommend the series!
