    HATE - straight leg fit

    I hate the way these fit and there is a HUGE size discrepancy between the XL and the XXL. They are VERY straight fitting and do NOT work well as a universal short for all kids. They need to have a looser fit like all the other brand do. These shorts will also restrict movement due to the lack of room in the smaller size. Try again LandsEnd.

    Snags Easily

    Our kiddo has worn these seven times at best and they are completely snagged all over the back. Really disappointed in the quality. While I appreciate that the Company will likely replace these it is frustrating that we will need to do that over and over to get him through the school year.

    Great shorts!

    My son loves these shorts because they are comfy and light weight. I love them because they don’t look like he’s wearing gym shorts to school. Win win! We bought a few more pairs in other colors. He’s 10yrs old, 70 lbs and 4’10’’. They are longer and come down to his knees.

    I have to buy these for PE uniforms. Luckily, these usually last a long time and appear to be well made, but oddly they don’t feel quality. The fabric feels cheap.

    Like the fabric. The size is off however.

    The fabric on this item seems really well made. I like them. Just be aware that the size (just like nearly everything else I bought for their uniforms) isn't right. I used the size finder - it was WAY off. So I didn't go by the HUGE sizes it said to buy. I weighted the boys, measured their height at every measure point, talked to someone at Land's End on the phone. Thought for sure I have this right... Some items too big, some too small. No uniformity across the pieces of the uniform. For example, My son should be a Medium in this, he is actually a large. But the chino cotton uniform shorts - they run big.
