You have great products but failed customer service followup
I purchase the item on line. Vero Bch Fl website confirms item in stock. A day later I'm told it's no longer in stock , so I'm given "options" including send to me from another store free shipping. Great, but then I'm told my location/address does not support free delivery. Poor, poor customer service. Selected option 3 - requested refu nd PS obvious they sold last pair (in store) after I paid.
