Makes a pretty good cup of coffee, but purchase does NOT include batteries or other power source, and ONLY 3 FILTERS. Please! How much could it cost you to send an appropriate batch of filters?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this machine is so simple yet elegant while doing exactly what you want it to do every time-make a perfect cup of coffee. It’s so worth waiting for our kettle to boil water that this has replaced the Nespresso machine as the go-to for our morning joe. Its compact size and being battery operated also means we can bring it with us on trips whether staying at a hotel or camping. Finding #1 filters has been a challenge so I’ve been cutting #2 & #4 filters down to size, using the filter it came with as a template. A USB rechargeable port would’ve been great but honestly, it’s simple enough to just replace the 3-AA batteries when needed.

Brilliant Concept. I love what the machine does. It’s much neater than when I do the pouring. However, it takes so long to drip through that the coffee is lukewarm by the time it finishes...even with fresh batteries. A warmer plate and USB charging (in addition to batteries) would be great upgrades.
