It is safer than a ladder. It is about 5 inches when folded.

As I expected, the ladder was wide, slope-proof, and had handrails on both sides, so I could climb up safely.

Very sturdy and stable!

Unlike many similar step stools, this one is very stable, sturdy, and easy to store. The only minor issue is that the locking hook seems a little flimsy. I'll have to see how long it holds up.

Not bad for a 300 lb guy like me.

Great heavy duty ladder. I weigh 300 lbs and it holds me up no problem. It's a little heavy but that's about all it needs for a fat guy like me.

Excellent quality step stool/ladder that can be used almost

It arrived on time and just as advertised. It is very sturdy and just what my wife wanted so she can reach the top shelf of the cupboard without a ladder. It folds down to only 2 inches deep, making it easy to fit between items and stow away when not in use.
