I had no problem starting to use it as it appeared to already be paired with the USB receiver (I did not have to install additional software). I like the compact size and the feel of the scissor switches (much better than typical mushy dome switches). I keep it turned on all of the time and it always seems responsive as soon as I start typing on it. I have the receiver connected to a USB switch on my desk that I use to switch between two different computers, it seems to have no problem with this use case either. Overall, works trouble free and feels good to use.

I knew it was wireless by radio when I purchased it, but still wish it was bluetooth so I wouldn't need the dongle receiver. There's also no where in the pad to store the dongle receiver.

This is a great accessory to have with your computer set up if you travel for work or go to different jobsites. The second I got it I was able to start putting it to good use and it's compatible on both MAC and PC systems.

I failed to see that I chose a device without an internal numeric keypad and soon confirmed that it was a HUGE error as I do a great deal of data reporting and budget related documentation. I began a search for external options and came across this wireless numeric keypad. It's safe to say that it's been a lifesaver! I absolutely love it and may even prefer it to the built in keypad. Thank you!!!

It’s thin and light so I can carry it everywhere and it doesn’t get in the way. Keys don’t hurt my fingers when I type. Stable and doesn’t move around. It connects readily to my office laptop without having to go through IT.
