Very nicely made
This is literally the best coffee mug that I’ve ever used. I love that it is truly leak resistant, keeps my coffee hot for at least 4/5 hours, which is fine for me. I add my coffee at 7:30 a.m. I don’t start drinking until almost 9:am and it’s still quite hot. I like it so much that I purchased two. I wish there were a smaller version for those days I want to make less coffee. I am tempted to buy the green color. Both the ones I have are the neutral tan color.

I love this travel mug above all others. I can easily remove the thin rubber seal to get it clean after use. I don't have to stir my creamer because I can tip the mug upside down to mix. This is great for keeping my coffee hot

Not leak-proof!
This is not leak-proof! Maybe the first month or so I had it, it was. But now the lid screws on unevenly, and the coffee leaks on the seal. I only hand-wash dishes, so it's the dishwasher's fault. Such a shame, it's so easy to hold, and the color is lovely.

Definitely not leak proof like it’s advertised. I bought this with the intent of keeping it in my work bag for the commute. It didn’t pass the up side down test. Not sure if I received a defective one but liquid was sipping through the lid flap.

Great Insualtion, Bad Lid
It definitely keeps drinks warm/cold but the lid is… bad. It’s very hard to twist the lid off to refill etc, like hulk strength hard. And the flip top will hit your nose while drinking AND, I’m not sure anyone else has mentioned this, but getting the flip top to close correctly to keep the drink insulated is also extremely hard to do. Like I have to use the base of my hand and almost put my full weight on it to be able to snap it into place. Great cup but the lid is poorly designed.

Mold on the lid
I used this cup daily and washed with soap and hot water daily. It does keep the coffee hot, and I thought it was a great cup. But after almost three months a small spot of looks like black mold started. I scrubbed it so many times but didn't come off. It just grew over time. Can't drink it with the lid on without the coffee going over the part of the lid with the mold.

My new fave iced coffee cup!!!
I bought this Tumblr specifically for my iced coffee. This cup keeps my iced coffee cold all 12 hours of my shift without my coffee getting watered down. I’m very impressed, many cups that cost twice as much don’t stay cold this long. I also live in FL this cup does a great job staying cold for long periods of time.
