Q: Are you able to actually dim the lights with the knobs on the lamp? Or the knob only turns one or two bulbs off?

  • A: Hi - the knob acts as both a dimmer control and an on-off control. The one knob controls both the bulbs at once. Thank you for the question.

    This lamp is quite modern and beautiful. The base is extremely heavy but the lighting company provides small discs to "level" the lamp once assembled. This seems to be a daily issue. I'm hoping this lamp settles in and decides to level up a bit better. Leaning Lamp in my Living Room??

    Light & accent piece all in one.

    Quality Floor Lamp!

    Very sleek looking, very nice quality, very sturdy & arrived in perfect condition. The only reason iI am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I find that the light bulbs shine too brightly through the shade, so I have to keep it dimmed down all the time to be able to have it on. If you don't mind seeing the glare of lit bulbs through the shade then this is a good choice for you. But if like me you find it unpleasant, this is probably not the lamp for you. I would have returned it but I already had it fully assembled before I realized it would be a problem.
